We Win!

The Reds were just a little delayed in my Cardinal getting commands. Took care of it (and how!) last night, with a series winning 6-2 victory. In all the hubbub I managed to miss the announcement that Griffey is officially done for the year. Rather sad. I'd kind of like to see the man finish out a year.

Tonight we move on to the Phillies, and Saturday we'll be at the game. It's supposed to rain tonight, so perhaps we'll get a rain out and another double-header. It'll become tradition. Interestingly enough, Saturday is the only day this weekend without rain in the forecast. Here's to having better seats than last time! We hope. And here's to handing the Phillies a crushing defeat!
